About

Dr. Joshua Hare is the owner, full-time physician, and medical director of Interventional Pain Consultants, practicing across locations in Dalton, GA, Cleveland, TN, Knoxville, TN, and Oak Ridge, TN since March 2022.

He completed his medical training at Georgia Campus – Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. He went on to complete his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Kentucky — where he served as Chief Resident — followed by a Pain Fellowship, also at the University of Kentucky, completed in 2014.

Dr. Hare holds board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology, as well as board certification in Addiction Medicine from the ABAM and ABPM. He is fully licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Prior to his current practice, Dr. Hare worked at Hamilton Neurosurgery and Spine Center in Dalton, GA from 2014 to 2022. He also founded and continues to operate Restoration Recovery, an addiction medicine practice with locations in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Cleveland, TN, Chattanooga, TN, and Soddy Daisy, TN.

Dr. Hare is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management, and the American Osteopathic Association.
